Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of lead/manager-level procurement or supply chain experience supporting production operations.
- Strong SAP purchasing experience, including purchase orders, procurement records, and supplier documentation.
- Experience with supplier sourcing, quotations, negotiations/communications, and supplier performance follow-up.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities, supplier activities, and production ramp-up initiatives.
