Minimum Qualifications:
- Holds current Workday Pro/Partner certifications with a focus on Integrations.
- Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, along with Workday''s Web Services (employing REST or SOAP).
- Strong technical acumen with a solid foundation in XML, XSLT, XSD, and web services including REST, SOAP, and WSDL. Should be conversant with API utilization, and proficient in data structuring and transformation techniques.
- Preferred candidates possess practical knowledge of interacting with vendor management systems and the nuances of contingent workforce operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling data related to human resources - including effective data mapping, validation processes, and the skill to identify and rectify data transmission errors between Workday and external parties.
- Capable of overseeing the entire life cycle of integration activities: encompassing the stages of requirements collection, schematic design, development phase, testing procedures, deployment operations, as well as providing sustained post-launch support.
- Exceptional problem-solving capability essential for timely diagnosis, debugging, and remediation of integration-specific and data flow challenges.
- Robust teamwork and communication skills, with a history of partnering with HR Information Technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ascertain integration requirements and implement efficacious solutions.
- Track record of crafting and sustaining comprehensive technical documentation related to integrations, operational methodologies, and support guidelines.
