Job Description:

EXP : 15+

Notes: candidates Must have prior State govt exp ! Ideally Local candidate is highly preferred

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, MIS, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
Experience with enterprise business applications (SaaS or on-prem).
Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum ceremonies, user stories).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and basic SQL or query tools.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex environment.
Experience supporting Product Owner responsibilities.
Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
Experience with large SaaS or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of HRIS, PeopleSoft Financials, or similar enterprise systems.
Understanding of finance, procurement, HR, or budgeting processes.
Experience with Miro, Mural, Microsoft Whiteboard, or collaboration tools.
IIBA Certification (CBAP/CCBA).
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
