Lead the administration and maintenance of Snowflake data warehouse environments.
Ensure high availability performance tuning and security of Snowflake instances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and analytics initiatives.
Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
Manage user access roles and permissions within Snowflake.
Develop and maintain documentation for Snowflake architecture and processes.
Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy Snowflake environments aligned with organizational requirements
Perform regular backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for Snowflake data
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Snowflake performance and operational issues.
Implement security policies, including data encryption, masking and compliance standards.
Automate routine Snowflake administrative tasks using scripts and tools.
Work closely with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to optimize data workflows.
Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation to support scalability
