Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven solutions. This role involves working with large datasets, deriving actionable insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and inform business decisions
• Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data strategies
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear manner
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production
• Apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis (SQL, Pandas, NumPy)
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience deploying models in production (MLOps practices)
• Knowledge of deep learning and NLP techniques
• Advanced degree (PhD preferred in a quantitative field)
