Job Summary:
We are looking for a Flowable Developer/Modeler with foundational knowledge of BPMN and workflow automation to design, build, and maintain business process models and workflow applications using the Flowable engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation in Flowable Modeler/Designer.
Develop and configure workflow definitions, forms, and decision tables (DMN).
Implement basic Java service tasks, listeners, and REST API integrations with the Flowable engine.
Support deployment and testing of process applications.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into process diagrams.
Debug and troubleshoot process execution issues.
Maintain documentation of workflows and process changes.
Mandatory Skills:
Basic understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and process modeling concepts (Required)
Hands-on/working knowledge of Flowable (or similar BPM engines like Camunda/Activiti) (Required)
Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot (Required)
Understanding of REST APIs and JSON (Required)
Basic SQL/database knowledge (Required)
Familiarity with Git version control (Required).
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
Exposure to DMN (Decision Model and Notation)
Knowledge of CMMN (Case Management)
Understanding of Docker/containerization
Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular/React) for form UI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Required)
2 years of experience in workflow/BPM development (Required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Required)
Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams (Required)
