Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial transactions within QuickBooks Desktop
- Oversee AP/AR processes including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support payroll entries, employee reimbursements, and cash flow tracking
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting packages
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting
- Partner with ownership and external CPA firms on tax and compliance support
- Maintain organized accounting records and support audit/review activities
- Help improve accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and operational accounting processes
- Experience within inventory-based, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, or small business environments preferred
- Strong reconciliation, reporting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
- Experience supporting external CPA/tax processes preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
