Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5–6 years of hands-on product management experience to drive product strategy, execution, and growth. You will own key product areas end-to-end and work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver impactful customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and execution for one or more product areas
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and stakeholder inputs
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on schedule
• Make data-informed decisions using product metrics, experimentation, and user feedback
• Manage trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality
• Drive product launches and post-launch analysis
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation

Required Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role
• Proven track record of owning and shipping successful products or features
• Strong understanding of agile / scrum product development
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, data, marketing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using metrics, dashboards, and insights
• Ability to work independently and influence without authority
