Job DescriptionYou will be the System Engineer Stf for the F-35 System Integration and Test team which is responsible for driving system integration and testing across the F-35 program.
What You Will Be DoingAs the System Engineer Stf you will be responsible for establishing, owning, and advancing the core metrics that guide F-35 lab operations, system defect tracking, and stability monitoring.
Your responsibilities will include:- Design, implement, and maintain the end-to-end metric framework for F-35 hardware-in-the-loop, virtual, software-in-the-loop, and mixed-reality labs.
- Define and track key performance indicators for line-of-business (LOB) test outcomes, system defects, and stability events, ensuring they align with program milestones.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of lab and test-execution data to provide actionable insight to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with software, architecture, design, and system-test teams to embed metric requirements into test plans and resolve technical gaps.
- Identify trends and drive continuous-improvement initiatives that enhance test efficiency, data quality, and overall program readiness.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline (engineering preferred).
Experience in metrics development, data analysis, or performance measurement within a complex engineering environment or team.
Demonstrated experience with System Test & Integration processes (i.e. test planning, execution, reporting).
Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros).
SQL/Database knowledge (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle) for data extraction.
Desired skills Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
Scripting/automation exposure (Python, R, or similar).
Knowledge of program management metrics (Earned Value Management, risk dashboards).
Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-35 engineering teams, such as System Design, Software, SWIT, or Integrated System Evaluation
Familiarity with model-based systems engineering

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
