IT Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Specialist - Hybrid position (3 days onsite) located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Summary:
This role is for a Japanese and English bilingual professional to provide specialized infrastructure services for a Global Financial Institution. The candidate will be responsible for designing, preparing, and configuring secure and compliant environments to support a major data migration project, including access management and UAT environment setup.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, role-based access aligned with client policies for FORS/MORS environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access for developers, testers, and business UAT users
• Provision and configure UAT environments for project phases
• Configure interfaces and data feeds between FOX, FORS/MORS, and downstream systems (PRIMAs / MARX / Oracle GL / Lakehouse / RDB / EDW)
• Provide specialized support for QA, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Develop deployment scripts, runbooks, and implementation checklists for go-live
• Perform post-deployment technical validation and stabilization handover

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
• Proven experience in infrastructure professional services
• Experience with designing and implementing infrastructure access management and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Expertise in setting up and validating UAT environments, including provisioning, configuration, and data loads
• Ability to support QA, UAT, and Go-Live activities for large-scale projects
• Experience with deployment scripts, runbooks, and infrastructure sign-off packages
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Pay rate range: $68.14 - $72.14 hourly.
