Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise identity architecture across workforce (B2E), customer (B2C), and modern workplace environments. This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and Zero Trust-aligned identity solutions, ensuring seamless access, strong governance, and alignment with enterprise security and business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture across identity governance (IGA), access management, and privileged access management (PAM).

• Architect secure authentication and authorization solutions using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.

• Define and implement Zero Trust principles, including MFA, conditional access, device trust, and risk-based authentication.

• Design identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC/ABAC models, and access certification frameworks.

• Enable secure access to applications across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments through federation and SSO.

• Integrate IAM solutions with endpoint security, collaboration platforms, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and governance processes for IAM solutions.

• Lead IAM transformation initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to modern identity platforms.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure consistent identity and access controls.

• Support audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives (SOX, NIST, etc.).

 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IAM technologies: SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD (Entra ID), Oracle IAM.

• Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP.

• Experience with identity governance, access management, and PAM solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and modern authentication methods (MFA, passwordless).

• Experience integrating IAM with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and enterprise applications.

• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, and access governance.

• Strong troubleshooting, design, and architecture skills.

• Ability to guide engineering teams and drive IAM best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years in IAM / identity architecture roles

• Experience in enterprise IAM transformation programs

• Experience with regulated environments (SOX, HIPAA, NIST)

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM/vendor-specific certifications

Role Expectations

• Act as a key contributor to IAM architecture and strategy

• Drive secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align IAM with business and security goals

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across IAM initiatives
