Job Description:Johnson and Johnson is currently recruiting for an IT Program Director. The Program Director is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial governance for the MedTech ERP & Digital Transformation programs including TranSCend. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Program Management and will own program-level P&L, capital and operating budgets, financial controls, and reporting for global IT investments supporting Manufacturing, OTC and other MedTech functions. The position is accountable for financial performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, encouraging interpersonal development and strategic partnerships to support business transformation and deliver measurable value to the enterprise.
Major Duties & Responsibilities Include: Own end-to-end financial management for the MedTech TranSCend program portfolio: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasts and monthly actual vs. plan analysis for program and project spend (CapEx and OpEx). Maintain and reconcile program financials at the portfolio, wave and project task levels. Ensure timely, accurate updates to portfolio and investment planning systems.
Financial planning & analysis: Build long-range financial models and multi-year plans to support program strategy and investment decisions. Produce scenario analyses, return on investment, and value case assessments to prioritize investments. Track benefits realization against agreed outcomes and call out variances.
Reporting & visibility: Maintain dashboards and executive reporting (weekly/monthly) that surface spend, commitments, forecast, risks and opportunities. Prepare finance content for governance meetings, steering committees and leadership updates.
Governance, controls & compliance: Implement and carry out program financial controls, procurement & contracting oversight, and audit readiness. Ensure alignment with Segment and Enterprise processes, policies and accounting standards.
Cross-functional partnership: Act as the primary finance partner to Program Management Office, Technology Services, Business Leaders and Shared Services. Collaborate with PMO and project teams to ensure financial data integrity in project tools and ERP systems. Support vendor financial management, invoicing cadence and cost allocation/chargeback processes.
Risk management & cost optimization: Identify, quantify and lead financial risks and opportunities across the transformation portfolio. Drive cost optimization, forecasting accuracy improvements and financial process automation.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (MBA) or CPA preferred.
Proven track record in finance, with significant exposure to IT or technology program finance.
5+ years handling or leading teams.
Experience operating in a global environment.
Validated ability to lead complex, multi-year budgets with many interdependencies.
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SAP a strong plus) and financial/portfolio tools.
Strong analytical skills: financial modeling, variance analysis, scenario planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financials to senior team members.
Experience collaborating with PMO, procurement and shared services operating models.
Strong customer management & influencing skills, and a teaming approach
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Experience with product management with SOX and GxP compliance processes.
- Hands on knowledge of Agile development methodology, HPT, and a solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
