Pay Range: $50-$55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- This role will primarily be focused on:
- Lead Real Estate Investments Website initiatives for enhancements, maintenance, and content management
- Partner with IT and REI staff to define requirements
- Manage the prioritization of tactical website development and defect resolution
- Responsible for quarterly/annual management reporting, presentations, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data, reporting, and analytics requirements
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: - Business Analysis, Requirement gathering, SQL, Investment Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with IT/development teams.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Real estate Investment or financial services experience.
- UI/UX experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- AI/Machine Learning experience.
- Experience with data acquisition and data wrangling.
