General Summary

Under broad supervision, manages projects through the full project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation of project deliverables. Creates collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully accomplish project objectives.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for leading, coordinating, and implementing projects for the Emphasys software platform.

The EPM will oversee onboarding of the software across three teams. The implementation is currently approximately 60% to 70% complete, and this role will lead the final implementation stage, including testing and project close-out for the following modules:

  • IM&C / Development
  • Compliance
  • Loan Servicing

This position is expected to continue for approximately 12 months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the software onboarding project.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate internal project teams and facilitate weekly meetings with the software vendor.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, staff, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and business processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Equivalent education, training, certifications, or relevant work experience may be substituted where appropriate.
  • Three or more years of experience leading successful software onboarding projects.
  • Three or more years of leadership experience managing project teams.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
