Pay Rate : $30 - $32/hr

We have an immediate need for a Test Automation Engineer Python based in Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA, USA. This is an onsite role, and candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to Waltham to support close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on automation in the Electrophysiology domain. You will design, develop, and execute test cases to validate system functionality and verify that business and user requirements are met. The role involves creating and maintaining automated test scripts, debugging and enhancing automation frameworks, executing automation runs tied to JIRA items, and coordinating testing activities across multiple Scrum teams. You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, document test results, report defects, and work closely with software, hardware, and field support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python programming and test automation. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Squish is required, along with familiarity using source code management tools like Git and Bitbucket. A solid understanding of Agile Scrum environments, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should also be comfortable designing supporting web components for test automation, defining test strategies and methodologies, and sharing knowledge across teams.
