Pay Range: $25 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment for the manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.
- Follow blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
- Work under general supervision, relying on your mechanical background and creativity to accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and precision.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2-4 years of related experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret aerospace blueprints with GD&T dimensions.
- Attention to fine detail and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the aerospace field.
- Additional experience with balancing aerospace parts.
- Proficiency in using computers for production-related tasks.
