DescriptionWe are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, driving process improvements and system integrations across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create user stories, use cases, and functional documentation
Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business needs into technical/functional specs
- Partner with development and QA teams through delivery lifecycle
- Support testing, deployment, and user adoption
Project Leadership
- Lead small-mid size projects end-to-end
- Track deliverables, timelines, and risks
- Support larger enterprise initiatives
Systems Integration
- Support integrations across Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, and internal systems
- Identify automation opportunities across applications
Documentation & Communication
- Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides
- Present business cases and solutions to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of Business/Systems Analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills (will complete a short SQL assessment)
- Experience with:
- Requirements gathering
- Business process analysis
- Solution design
- Systems integration
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Salesforce
- Project leadership experience
- Strong presentation skills
