Job Description

Oracle's Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) focuses on project-intensive industries such as engineering and construction, aerospace and defense, utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, automotive, financial services, communications, travel and transportation, healthcare; state, local and federal government.

The CEGBU has numerous products that support Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software such as Unifier, P6, Aconex, OPPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud (formerly Prime) that encompasses resource allocation, cost reduction, supply-chain efficiency, and decision-making-using real-time data, for the enterprise market.

The Technical Architect will be involved in solution design, implementation, deployment, maintenance and documentation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces. OIC is an integration tool used to integrate CEGBU products with external applications like SAP, EBS etc. OIC can also be used for P6/Unifier data migrations.

This responsibility includes interacting with clients/internal stake holders at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support and continuous enhancements of the integration framework.

The position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

• 12+ years of customer facing or consulting experience in Primavera domain.
• 10+ years of overall experience in architecting integrations using OIC or Project Integration Framework (PIF).
• Hands on experience in Primavera product suits like Unifier, P6 EPPM, Oracle Primavera Cloud and Aconex.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
• Enterprise Software implementation experience working for a software company.
• Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Previous systems (integration) experience with Oracle Products and other systems.
• Excellent communication & coaching skills.

2. Design, Develop and test the assigned solution/software framework.
3. Contribute to software code reusability and knowledge management
4. Effective communication and excellent demonstrable knowledge of Oracle Primavera products.
5. Take ownership of assigned projects and pre-sales opportunities and drive them to closure.
6. Refine and improve the blended delivery processes
7. Participate in Organizational initiatives related improvement of services from Oracle Construction and Engineering Global business unit.
8. Report and collaborate with all related stakeholders
9. Ability to work independently and with the team to ensure quality deliverables on the project

Job Skills:

• Work with customers to understand their integrations and data migration requirements and come up with an integrations/data migrations strategy
• Present integrations strategy to Oracle/customers management team
• Must have prior integrations experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Hands on experience with Oracle Primavera product (P6, Unifier, Primavera Cloud, Gateway, Analytics, Aconex, OPPM)
• Must have strong PL SQL, Web/REST Services, SOAP UI, POSTMAN
• Strong PL SQL, Web/REST Services
• Expertise in Cloud infrastructure
• Expertise in Networking and security concepts
• Java or any programming background,
• Oracle Database, Advance PLSQL
• Expertise with Web services; SOAP and REST
• Working with APIs/Integrations
• Hands on experience in integration development and data migrations
• Working experience in Project Integrated Framework will be added advantage.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
