Pay rate - $60/hr on W2/Danta Technologies payroll (OR) $70/hr on C2C-Corporation-To-Corporation
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Network Development & Network Automation Engineer 15+ years professional to oversee support and operational activities within the Network Tower. This role focuses on maintaining SLA compliance, managing critical escalations, leading automation initiatives, and driving operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and business profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in network operations and automation, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee network support and operations to ensure SLA compliance and prompt resolution of escalations.
- Lead network development and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and generate business value.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, implementing improvements to maintain operational excellence.
- Manage operational governance, review network performance reports, and ensure adherence to SOW guidelines.
- Design and implement service delivery frameworks to enhance customer experience.
- Drive Profit Improvement Plans (PIP) through automation, process optimization, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to continuously improve service quality and operational performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in Network Development and Network Automation
- Strong expertise in Data Center Networking (Routing & Switching, Core/Distribution/Access layers)
- In-depth knowledge of operational processes, SLA monitoring, and performance management
- Proven experience handling escalations and engaging in client-facing roles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in building operational frameworks and leading continuous improvement initiatives
