Required Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field with 0-2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Familiarity with the electric utility industry is highly desirable
Technical Skills needed for this role:
Experience with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront, MS Project or P6) is preferred
Soft Skills that will help you succeed in this position:
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities are required to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
Enter, update, and maintain project data, statuses, and documentation in internal tracking systems.
Support billing activities by tracking invoice submissions, payment statuses, and required backup documentation.
Perform routine data entry and quality checks to ensure billing and project information is accurate and complete.
Assist with internal reporting and preparation of basic project and billing status updates.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions related to permitting and project activities.
Assist project managers with day to day tasks

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track permitting activities across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
Maintain permitting schedules, logs, and documentation; update PMO systems with current status and milestones.
Serve as a liaison between project managers, permitting authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on permit applications and related supporting documents.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to project teams.
Assist in risk identification related to permitting and escalate issues as needed.
Support project reporting, including creation of status updates, dashboards, and compliance summaries.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items related to permitting activities.
Ensure permitting processes follow standards, document control practices, and quality requirement
