Solder Technician - Day & Evening ShiftsA growing production team is seeking experienced Solder Technicians for an immediate opening. This is a great opportunity for individuals with soldering experience who take pride in precision work and quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities- Complete thru-hole component soldering and minimal SMT soldering
- Conduct quality control to identify acceptable and defective solder joints
- Perform solder rework as needed to ensure conformance for both Lead and ROHS assemblies
Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of soldering work experience
- Ability to interpret resistor color codes and capacitor values
- Experience using soldering irons, de-soldering equipment, solder removal tools, and other electrical/manual tools
- Ability to follow detailed specifications and quality standards
- IPC Standards training is a plus
Schedule & Pay- Day Shift is Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
- Starting pay: $19.00/hour
- Swing shift eligible for an additional $1.00/hour shift differential
