Principal Solutions Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst.

Summary:
This onsite role leads large-scale data-driven transformations, establishes governance and responsible AI frameworks, advises executive leadership on strategic opportunities, builds and mentors high-performing teams, represents the organization in industry forums, and evaluates emerging technologies to guide innovation pipelines. We expect this to be someone who can make sound, informed decisions, and to speak as to why the solution was built and to support the department/organization with implementing new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Public speaking skills are important, as we will need the individual to be able to describe why a solution was architected
* Varied experience with multiple technologies and SDK
* Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade solutions
* Strong technical leadership with ability to mentor distributed teams
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
* Strategic thinking with focus on automation, operational excellence, and measurable business value
* Agile mindset with commitment to continuous improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
