Logistics: Must be able to travel 50% of the time to regional plant locations.

While this is a leadership and predictive-focused role, you will be expected to be active within the facilities.
Ability to wear all required PPE (Hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.).
Ability to navigate industrial plant environments during site visits.
This role is focused on transforming maintenance cultures and driving operational excellence across multiple processing facilities.
You will partner directly with Regional Operations Directors and Plant Managers to optimize asset lifecycle, reduce downtime, and manage multi-million dollar maintenance budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the regional rollout of the Asset Care program, ensuring standardized implementation of PM-PdM strategies, asset criticality, and lubrication standards across assigned sites.
Act as a servant leader and primary SME for Plant Managers and Maintenance Teams, facilitating the sharing of best practices and incident learnings. Analyze complex downtime data to identify bad actors.
Lead high-level RCA reviews (5-Why, Fishbone, etc.) and enforce regional policies for downtime reporting and management of change (MOC).
Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets and major shutdown spend analysis.
Participate in CAPEX project reviews to ensure Design for Reliability is integrated into new equipment projects.
Use change management expertise to turn around performance at difficult sites, coaching teams to move from reactive to proactive maintenance mindsets.
Perform regional benchmarking to identify performance gaps and optimize OPEX/CAPEX costs.
Experience: 15 years in Plant Maintenance; minimum of 5 years in Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies.
Regional Scope: Must have experience managing reliability/maintenance at a Regional or Multi-site level.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced mastery of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) modules preferred.
Working knowledge of vibration data collectors, ultrasonic tools, IR cameras, and motor circuit analyzers preferred.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
Preferred: SMRP certification (CMRP) and Level 1 or 2 certifications in Vibration, Infrared, Oil Analysis, and/or Ultrasonic testing. Background in large-scale processing (Soy, Corn, or similar Ag-processing) and understanding the unique reliability challenges of high-volume industrial plants a plus
You possess Servant Leadership qualities, Capable of influencing VPs while remaining grounded enough to collaborate with maintenance technicians on the floor.
You have a proven track record of transforming maintenance cultures under urgent timelines and complex business conditions.
