Pay Range: $40 - $47/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Approximately 60 70% data analysis/reporting.
- Work with large datasets and identify trends.
- Prepare and distribute reports to appropriate stakeholders.
- Reports may be shared with:
- Internal teams
- Leadership/executives
- External stakeholders
- Service vendors
- Outsourcing vendors
- Approximately 20% project management/action items, including:
- Following up on data findings
- Implementing recommendations
- Tracking and completing action items
- Approximately 10% PowerPoint/report preparation:
- Convert data and findings into presentations.
- Present/report findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Primarily a data analysis and reporting role.
- Candidate will not work directly with executives, but will prepare reports for leadership and executives as needed.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities are important.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Requirement Excel
- Advanced Excel is the #1 priority/must-have.
- Role is very heavily focused on Excel and data analysis.

- Charts
- Visuals
- Working with large/heavy datasets
- Data analysis and reporting
