Job Description: 
Looking for a Senior Cards & Payments Business Analyst with strong experience in card payment systems, business analysis, and JPP implementation. The candidate will support client implementations, requirement analysis, process improvements, and delivery of complex payment solutions. 
Mandatory Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Cards & Payments Business Analyst
  • JPP Implementation experience (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of PAYplus USA and/or GFX software
  • Experience with card processing platforms and payment workflows
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution design
  • Experience supporting client implementations and stakeholder management
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide effective solutions
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Banking / Financial Services / Payments domain experience required
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities for Cards & Payments initiatives
  • Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications
  • Support JPP implementation and integration activities
  • Work with business, technology, and client teams for successful delivery
  • Perform gap analysis, process improvements, testing support, and implementation activities
