Technical Delivery Lead
Location: Remote (Locals to GA)

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of technology capabilities and releases across Product, Technology, QA, Data, Operations, and vendor teams.
The Technical Delivery Lead will serve as the central delivery owner, ensuring workstreams remain aligned, dependencies are managed, risks are addressed, and features are delivered according to program commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end technical delivery of features and releases.
Drive execution across multiple teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
Establish delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and readiness checkpoints.
Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Technical Product Owners to refine technical requirements and delivery priorities.
Work with Product Owners to ensure business requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly understood.
Coordinate with Data Leads on data dependencies, migration, conversion, and testing readiness.
Partner with Technical Managers to manage engineering capacity, development progress, and technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party teams to ensure timely delivery.
Risk & Dependency Management
Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies.
Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and action items.
Escalate critical blockers and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure timely resolution.
Testing & Release Management
Track features from requirements through production readiness.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and release activities.
Ensure all release and production-readiness criteria are completed.
Support Go/No-Go decisions and production implementations.
Status Reporting & Governance
Provide delivery status, milestone updates, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
Facilitate program reviews, delivery checkpoints, and stakeholder meetings.
Track action items and ensure accountability across workstreams.
Maintain clear communication and delivery transparency across all stakeholders.
Success Measures
Features delivered on schedule and within scope.
Successful completion of release milestones.
Effective management of cross-team dependencies.
Timely resolution of risks, issues, and blockers.
Strong stakeholder confidence and delivery transparency.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in Technical Delivery / Program Delivery / Technical Project Management.
Proven experience coordinating Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and vendor teams.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release management, and production readiness.
Experience with RAID logs, dependency management, risk management, and executive status reporting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive teams toward delivery commitments.
