Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with extensive Public Sector experience to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions for government clients. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI), Service Cloud, and large-scale government IT projects.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience providing IT services to state, federal, and/or local government agencies, including:

  • Designing Intranet, Internet, and Extranet architectures

  • Architecting, developing, and deploying enterprise IT applications

  • System management and auditing

  • System requirements evaluation

  • System testing, assessment, and verification

• 2+ years of experience working in a technical capacity on large-scale government IT projects (budget exceeding $10M with 30+ implementation staff).

• 5+ years of experience architecting Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, specifically Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI).

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector Platform components.

• 5+ years of experience in business process reengineering.

• 5+ years of experience documenting detailed solution requirements.

• 4+ years of experience developing technical documentation using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.

• 3+ years of business analysis experience on State of California IT projects using BABOK® standards.

• 2+ years of experience with California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process.
