We at Coforge are hiring for Tech BA / Tech PM / Solution Consultant with the following skills:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, tracking, risk management, and delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare solution documents, workflows, user stories, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and project timelines.
- Required Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and operations.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Technical background preferred (APIs, databases, cloud concepts, integration workflows, etc.).
- Good to Have: Experience in enterprise tools/platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, AWS). Certification: Scrum Master, PMP, CBAP, or equivalent.
