Description
The Geospatial Business Solutions division, is seeking a Senior Business/Systems Analyst to support a project focused on transitioning a highly customized ArcMap solution (RAMP) into a modernized, configuration-driven solution in ArcGIS Pro. This role combines business analysis with technical geospatial expertise to guide development of high-quality, out-of-the-box solutions, produce comprehensive documentation, provide direction and guidance to technical teams, contribute to high-quality deliverables, and support ongoing collaboration with our partners.

1. Five (5) years recent experience working in the role of a Business/System Analyst;
2. Five (5) years experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
3. Five (5) years experience in data analysis;
4. Five (5) years experience in Software Development Methodologies, with the ability to understand and analyze developed code in C#, Python, and Arcade/JavaScript;
5. Five (5) years experience in software package application implementations/system development projects, specifically with configuration-focused solutions using the Esri suite of products (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise)
6. Five (5) years experience in leading cross-functional workshops for business and operational requirements gathering and analysis, business impact assessment, and risk and value analysis, with a focus on geospatial workflows;
7. Five (5) years experience producing detailed specifications for a technical project team; and
8. Five (5) years experience producing comprehensive business analysis and project documentation, including requirements, use cases, workflow documentation, and solution design materials.

1. Aptitude to work autonomously, make decisions daily with little supervision, and assume ownership over work assigned;
2. The ability to mentor technical and functional resources;
3. Strong customer service skills;
4. Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations;
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels;
6. Experience leading a team;
7. Experience in change management and solution sustainment and maintenance strategies; and
8. Experience with ArcGIS Pro attribute rules and custom geoprocessing tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
