NETWORK ENGINEER

Position Overview We are seeking experienced OCI Network Engineers to support the design, implementation, migration, and operational management of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking environments. The consultants will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures while supporting all phases of the cloud migration and deployment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage OCI networking components including VCNs, subnets, route tables, gateways, DNS, and load balancers. • Configure and support connectivity between on-premises environments and OCI using VPN, FastConnect, and hybrid cloud architectures. • Implement network security controls including NSGs, security lists, firewalls, IAM policies, and access management. • Support infrastructure provisioning, cloud migration, and environment deployment activities. • Perform network performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization. • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and production cutover activities. • Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure teams, DBAs, and application teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Develop network architecture documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures. • Support monitoring, incident management, and operational readiness activities. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of Network Engineering experience with enterprise environments. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking services. • Experience with VPN, FastConnect, load balancers, DNS, routing, and hybrid cloud connectivity. • Knowledge of cloud security, firewalls, IAM, network segmentation, and governance. • Experience supporting cloud migration, disaster recovery, and production deployment activities. • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills. • Experience with automation and scripting is a plus. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • OCI Networking or OCI Architect certification. • Experience supporting large-scale cloud transformation initiatives. • Knowledge of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments. • Support the full project lifecycle, including Planning, Iteration 1, Iteration 2, Iteration 3, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Dry Runs, Disaster Recovery (DR) Build & Testing, Production Cutover, and Hypercare activities.
