Job Description:
The Information Technology Department is seeking an experienced professional to lead Salesforce architecture and development efforts. 
Based in New York, this full-time role requires expertise in platform customization and team management. 
The position involves utilizing a range of technologies to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of the overall architecture and applications.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and meet business needs.
Oversee the customization and integration of various technologies.
Manage deployment processes and ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor team members and promote best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
5 years of experience in systems analysis and design, including 2 years in a managerial role.
Certification in relevant technologies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience in full cycle programming and deployment management.
