Location: United States – Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/Generative AI implementation experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CTA certification.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI/LLM platforms.
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
