Seeking a senior Data Engineer / Systems Analyst to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise data integration and analytics solutions. This role will focus on building ETL workflows, optimizing Snowflake data pipelines, integrating complex data sources, and supporting scalable reporting and business intelligence initiatives within an agile environment. Ideal candidates bring deep Informatica ETL expertise, strong Snowflake SQL skills, and experience delivering enterprise data platform solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL/data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS
- Build and optimize complex Snowflake SQL scripts, database views, and data transformation processes
- Integrate data from multiple source systems to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in agile development activities including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and delivery execution
- Create technical documentation, data mappings, process flows, and implementation specifications
- Perform data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Support deployment, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise data platform solutions
- Identify technical improvements and help drive best practices across the data engineering environment
qualifications:
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or systems analysis
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IICS
Advanced Snowflake SQL development and performance optimization experience
Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise source systems
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data transformation
Experience working in agile development environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience creating technical documentation, process flows, and data mappings
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
Nice to Have
Healthcare, public sector, or regulated data environment experience
Python scripting experience
Experience with JIRA, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD pipelines
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Java/JavaScript, or MuleSoft
Experience working with PII/PHI data or modern AI-enabled data tools
