Infrastructure Analyst (onsite Local to CA)

Job Summary

Client is looking for Infrastructure analyst in Sacramento who can support onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, voice gateways, access points, and microwave radio equipment.
• Support day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response.
• Assist with implementation of new projects and upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processes.
• Work independently and collaboratively to support network availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Cisco Associate-level experience. Hands-on expertise with Cisco and non-Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with microwave radios and wireless access points.
• Knowledge of the OSI model and Cisco three-layer hierarchical model. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to new tools, technologies, and environments.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
