Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager of AI Product and Data Architecture in Tampa, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a Manager, AI Product & Data Architecture to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions across enterprise business processes. This role will partner with business and technology leaders to modernize existing applications, embed intelligent decisioning, and transition capabilities from on-premise environments to scalable cloud and hybrid architectures.
Responsibilities:
* Define architecture and roadmaps for configurable, interoperable AI products and data solutions
* Lead modernization, re-engineering, and cloud migration initiatives while reducing technical debt
* Design scalable AI integration architectures, APIs, and composable solutions
* Partner with AI/ML, Data, Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and IT teams throughout the product lifecycle
* Establish data reference architectures supporting advanced analytics, AI, governance, and security
* Lead AI implementation planning, prioritization, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption
* Mentor team members and drive accountability across cross-functional initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience operating AI/ML solutions within business applications
* 8+ years in product architecture, product management, and systems interoperability
* Experience with Azure or AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and AI/ML platforms
* Experience with API/integration platforms such as Azure API Management, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Apigee
* Strong insurance and claims management domain expertise
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
