Pay Range - $65 - $69/hr

One of our clients is looking for an RPA Developer to join their team directly on a hybrid basis in Charlotte, NC - Chandler, AZ OR Irving, TX.

1. Strong RPA Development Experience (UiPath Preferred)
   Proven hands-on experience building RPA solutions, ideally using UiPath (preferred) or similar tools like Blue Prism
   Ability to design and implement automation for manual, UI-driven processes (not API-based)
   
   2. Ability to Work Independently (Senior-Level / Level 4)
   Must be a highly experienced, self-sufficient engineer who requires minimal to no oversight
   Comfortable operating as a solo contributor without a structured team or RPA support
   
   3. Experience Analyzing and Automating Manual Processes
   Ability to observe business workflows (via demos), break them down, and translate them into automation solutions
   Experience creating automation plans, timelines, and executing end-to-end development
   
   4. Strong Communication & Proactive Problem-Solving Skills
   Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to ask questions, clarify requirements, and gather inputs
   Proactively reports progress, blockers, and issues directly to leadership
   Takes initiative in suggesting improvements (e.g., tools, validation approaches)
   
   Nice to have:
   Experience in large enterprise environments
   Familiarity with workforce management tools (Alvaria, Verint)
   RPA certifications (helpful but not required)
   Contact center experience (beneficial, not required)

Overall 9+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of RPA developer experience including RPA Technologies like Blue Prism, Ui Path.
UiPath advanced certified developer.
Hands on experience in developing BOTS using Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and managing robot & workloads using Blue Prism Work Queues and UiPath Orchestrator.
Worked with business team to get the details of the manual process and created PDD and SDD documents.
Worked on end-to-end BOT development and deployment.
Extensively worked on debugging production run errors and working with developers to fix the issues.
Collaborated with teams both on-shore and off-shore to implement reliable, scalable solutions
Experience working independently and providing regular, concise updates to leadership on status, plans and risks.
