Summary

Job Title: Technical Lead Data Modernization (Java + AWS) || Raleigh, NC || Hybrid

We are looking for a Technical Lead to support a large data modernization initiative. This role involves guiding development teams, working closely with project managers, and helping migrate legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor development teams
Support technical delivery across multiple data pipelines
Design and develop Java-based, cloud-native applications
Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines
Work with AWS services for scalable solutions
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate
Hands-on experience with AWS
ETL/data pipeline development experience
Strong SQL and database knowledge
Experience with application modernization/migration
Agile/Scrum experience

Nice to Have:

AWS Certification
Experience with Power BI or AWS QuickSight
