Hiring for a 6 to 10+ yrs Project/Program Manager with strong Data Analytics skills, expert in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data-driven decision making. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, preparing analytical reports and presentations, and supporting leadership with meaningful insights for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage data-driven projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights for business teams.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel and other tools.
Prepare professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Use data analysis to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, product, etc.) to gather requirements and validate insights.
Document processes, project status, and outcomes in a clear and structured manner.
Support management in planning, forecasting, and performance review discussions using data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related field).
6 to 10+ years of experience as Project Manager / Program Manager / Business Analyst / Data-driven PM role.
Strong hands-on expertise in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, basic data analysis).
Strong PowerPoint skills for creating structured, visually clear presentations.
Experience in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work with deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with any BI / visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Basic understanding of SQL or any analytics tools is an added advantage.
Experience working with senior management and presenting insights to leadership.
