Pay Range: $33.00 - $37.00/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain curriculum, e-learning courses, and training materials
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and departmental training requirements
- Develop and implement training programs, tools, and supporting learning aids
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback analysis
- Research and recommend external training resources and programs
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
- Assist with quality audits, process improvement initiatives, and policy/procedure updates
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies
- May be required to travel occasionally
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: At least 2+ years of training experience, preferably within a healthcare, managed care, or similar regulated environment
- Experience Hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia
- Strong experience with Curriculum Design, Curriculum Development, or Instructional Design
- 2+ years of training, instructional design, or curriculum development experience
- Hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, managed care, pharmacy, or clinical environments
- Prior experience supporting training in a regulated healthcare setting
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
