    • Facilitate project meetings, requirements discussions, status reviews, and issue-resolution sessions
    • Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and timely completion of assigned tasks
    • Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership
    • Escalate critical issues, resource constraints, and schedule risks as needed
  • Ensure SOX compliance and control readiness, including:
    • Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Compliance on SOX compliance, audit readiness, security controls, and role-based access
    • Maintain appropriate documentation and approvals throughout the implementation
  • Manage testing, UAT, and go-live, including:
    • Coordinate system integration testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing
    • Work with Finance and FP&A to establish testing schedules, acceptance criteria, and business sign-offs
    • Track defects, testing progress, and issue resolution
    • Coordinate cutover planning, production deployment, parallel runs, and post-go-live stabilization
    • Ensure project readiness and completion of required approvals before go-live

  • 12+ years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise financial systems implementations
  • Prior experience managing at least one Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) implementation
  • Good understanding of Oracle EPM Planning architecture, application configuration, data integrations, calculations, security, and reporting
  • Experience managing cross-functional Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams
