This is a hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable designing and delivering modern data solutions while influencing how we use data across the company.
Required Skills:
5+ years’ experience in data engineering or a similar role.
Strong experience with SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
Solid understanding of data modelling, pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, or similar).
Familiarity with modern data ecosystems — e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
Experience working with CI/CD, version control and testing best practices.
A proactive approach to solving problems and improving systems.
Excellent communication skills — you can translate technical concepts into language anyone can understand.
A passion for data and how it can drive better decisions in media, marketing and beyond.

Design, build and manage end to end data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that move data seamlessly across our platforms.
Develop and maintain data models, warehouses and lakes that serve analytics, reporting and machine learning needs.
Collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists and product teams to turn complex problems into elegant engineering solutions.
Build strong data governance and quality frameworks to make sure everything we produce is accurate, consistent and transparent.
Drive improvements in automation, monitoring, performance and scalability.
Contribute to long-term architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers across the team.
