A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Executive Assistant

Duration: 12 months
Location:- 3 days onsite per week at Plano, TX
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for a senior executive
- Coordinate meetings, telepresence, conference rooms, and travel
- Handle executive correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Process expense reimbursements and maintain accurate records
- Support senior leaders and work closely with Business Support / COO Office
Required Experience: - 3+ years of experience as an Administrative / Executive Assistant
- Strong experience in executive calendar management
- Exposure to working with senior leadership
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Tools Required: - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- WebEx / Telepresence / SharePoint (preferred)
