Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (CTA OR CMA)

Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team. This role will focus on architecting, designing, and leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across ITSM and ITOM, with a strong emphasis on integrations, migrations, and highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural leadership for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Coordinate design, development, and deployment of CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management solutions.
- Establish and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems and security platforms.
- Identify and lead ServiceNow platform migration strategies and execution.
- Participate in technical planning, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Keep ServiceNow platform aligned with enterprise standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Active CTA or CMA Certification
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience or equivalent skill level supporting enterprise environments.
- 10+ years of experience designing and leading ServiceNow solutions as an Architect .
- Proven experience with ITSM and ITOM, including CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as EPIC EMR, Tanium, SCCM, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Rapid7, and JAMF.
- Experience with PSDS
- Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow migration projects.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, security, and data models.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Healthcare delivery experience
- Experience with ITAM, ITBM / SPM, and HRSD modules
- Experience working within FedRAMP High systems or similarly regulated environments.
- Experience with Ivanti.
