GCIO DT&D team is looking for a Business Process Specialist having good skills in S&OP processes and data skills. You will act a key liaison between Caterpillar IT and our customers and other IT Teams. You will evaluate CAT Machines S&OP processes, and you will need some technical skills in data management (SQL Queries, Reporting, Snowflake databases…). You will also provide day-to-day support to business partners, business managers and other IT teams  in relation to product implementation, questions, and problems/incidents.

 

We also manage many modernization projects migrating current applications to modern solutions. Future candidates will also help team members to future modernization projects efforts.

 

She/he will also be to coordinate changes to our current applications, test, and implement the database applying basic database knowledge.

 

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

- GCIO DT&D team is looking for a Business Process Specialist having good skills in S&OP processes and data skills.

Interaction with team:

- Business Analyst will work closely with experiences team members to support current applications and to help in our modernization efforts.

 

Education & Experience Required:

- Associate''s degree in computer programming or equivalent training required with 10 years’ experience.

- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience

Soft Skills

- Must have good communication, interpersonal skills.

- End user knowledge in IBM mainframe and/or any ERP.

- Strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly is desired.
