Job Summary:
This is a customer-facing position reporting directly to the Services Manager. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project completion within scope, schedule, and budget. You should have a passion for manufacturing, technology, and an interest in solving real business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing ERP INFOR CloudSuite Industrial Syteline projects from initiation to completion.
Developing project plans, schedule, and resource requirements
Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts
Monitoring project progress and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
Reporting project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members
Managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Support company policies and strategic plans
Deliver assigned work and achieve your quarterly billing goals
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of INFOR Cloud Suite Industrial SyteLine
Proven experience managing Infor CSI Syteline projects
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts within project teams
Experience in risk management and change management
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong presentation, training, and public speaking skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel up to 50%, within the US is preferred
Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related from an accredited university preferred
5-10 years’ experience implementing and maintaining software in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
Prior consulting experience a plus
