Coalesce Developer

Job Summary The Coalesce Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines using Coalesce. The role requires working closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality analytics data pipelines on Snowflake. The developer will focus on building optimized, efficient data processes that support modern data warehousing and analytics needs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable data transformation pipelines using Coalesce. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to support analytics and data initiatives. Implement data quality checks, validations, and reconciliation logic. Develop exception-handling frameworks to ensure data reliability. Identify and resolve issues related to data accuracy, completeness, and performance. Optimize SQL transformations for performance and scalability. Work with Data Vault models within Coalesce. Support modern data warehouse and analytics architecture initiatives. Contribute to Agile delivery processes. Required Qualifications 8 years of overall data engineering experience. 2 years of hands-on experience with Coalesce. Strong hands-on experience with Coalesce, Snowflake, and SnowSQL. Experience implementing data quality checks and reconciliation logic. Experience designing and developing exception-handling frameworks. Exposure to working with Data Vault models using Coalesce. Ability to identify and resolve data issues related to accuracy, completeness, and performance. Ability to optimize SQL transformations for performance and scalability. Understanding of modern data warehouse and analytics architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset. Mandatory skills: Data Vault (ODS) Modeling, DBT, Snowflake. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Data Vault modeling. Experience with CI/CD concepts for analytics engineering. Familiarity with Power BI. Exposure to Agile delivery models. Good-to-have skills: ANSI-SQL, Dimensional Data Modeling. Education: Bachelors Degree
