Experience monitoring and analyzing application performance, desktop performance, and availability monitoring/reporting using available tools such as, but not limited to Dynatrace, SolarWinds and ServiceNow. Provide industry expertise and troubleshooting knowledge transfer for the use of monitoring tools to provide early detection of IT infrastructure or application performance issues.
