- 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting PeopleSoft or enterprise HCM/Payroll systems. - Strong PeopleSoft Payroll knowledge; experience supporting PeopleSoft Payroll, Benefits, and/or Workforce Administration. - Experience with direct deposit, bank account validation, banking/payment processes, or payroll payment validation. - Experience working with banking vendors, third-party validation vendors, or financial/payment integration partners. - Advanced business and process analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability. - Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. - Experience supporting solution design, process design, system implementation planning, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness. - Strong testing and test planning experience, including acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation evidence. - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and support complex business/system issues in a remote environment. |
- Prior UC, higher education, public sector, healthcare, or large enterprise PeopleSoft experience. - Direct experience with PeopleSoft Direct Deposit, Payroll for North America, employee banking data, pay distribution, prenote, account validation, or payroll compliance/security processes. - Experience with real-time validation, APIs, integrations, vendor file/API testing, or bank/payment vendor implementations. - Experience supporting Benefits and Workforce Administration processes that interact with Payroll. - Experience with Agile, Agile Scrum, waterfall, use cases, user stories, UML, process flows, and requirements traceability. - Experience developing training materials, business process documentation, procedural documentation, or post-go-live support materials. - Experience mentoring or guiding other BSAs or leading cross-functional requirement workstreams. |
