Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Mist Switching and Wireless technologies
Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco Switching environments
Experience working in high-availability and mission-critical environments
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues
Experience with network monitoring and performance management tools
Previous MSP experience is a plus
Architecture Experience
Experience contributing to network architecture and design discussions
Experience with infrastructure planning and network improvement initiatives
Ability to evaluate existing environments and recommend scalable solutions
Certifications Required:
JNCIS (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist) or JNCIE
