Job Title: Senior Business Change Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Partner to support process enhancements and key program interventions.
Lead and guide project teams to transform, develop, and implement initiatives designed to support people, business, and technology change impacts, ensuring effective adoption.
Develop, deliver, and coordinate organizational change management activities including stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, organizational design and effectiveness, business transformation, and culture initiatives.
Provide strategy and change management thought leadership to executives, sponsors, clients, and business owners.
Support the integration of Organizational Change Management into initiative approaches and methodologies.
Collaborate with Training, Communications, and Content Management partners to improve change impact, communication, collaboration, and adoption of change initiatives.
Lead the annual strategy development process and maintain a thorough understanding of client group strategic priorities and business imperatives.
Provide guidance and coaching to project team members across varying levels and disciplines on change management best practices.
Mentor junior staff members.

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a change management role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in change management.
Experience leading organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage organizational change initiatives.
Support strategic planning and business transformation efforts.
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
Develop and execute communication and training strategies.
Coach and mentor team members on change management best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.

Negotiation and relationship management.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Leadership and coaching abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field.
In lieu of a Bachelor s Degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Certified Change Management Professional certification preferred.
